The new year is upon us. A new year is a time to start fresh, make changes and improve upon things.

My business has grown so much this year. I went from a few sales a year to several sales a month. I reached 100 sales this year, which is huge for me.

I plan to grow it even more in the new year.

How you may ask???

I have networked with some new people who have connections and are will to mentor me.

I have booked a commercial kitchen and plan on finally getting into the local farmers markets.

I am working on my own website. I have a few items on Storenvy, but I am not sure how that will go. It doesn't seem to be very handmade.

I have new marketing strategies in place. I plan on promoting being made local and focusing on some new marketing techniques. I am working on being more active on Etsy. I am a leader on 2 teams.

I want to help more small business succeed and learn the ropes. I have been fortunate to have so many people to go to for help and guidance. I want to be there for people.

Zaarly Store Front

I have discovered the coolest new online market place. The website is

The site is local to my area and a few other major cities. One of the local business owners turned me on to it.

The funniest thing, I applied to open a storefront. While waiting to see if I was accepted, they called me and asked me to join.

I am so excited about this site. The people are nice, friendly, and helpful. They offer all kinds of amazing perks - to both buyer and seller.

One of the biggest perks is the free delivery (or shipping if needed) to the area. I think that is just so wonderful!!!

Cottage Bakers Market

 

I am SUPER excited to have been invited to this event. A farmers market for food people! I have been checking out the other vendors and everything looks SO AMAZING!!! I just hope to come home without a ton of goodies. It's going to be really hard.

 

The event is May 4th and 11th. I am only participating one day. I am struggling to decide what flavors to bring. I have it narrowed down a bit. :)

 

There will be a ton of FANTASTIC gift ideas for Mothers Day. Come on out and bring your friends!!!
