New online shop

I have jumped on the Luulla bandwagon and am selling on their site as well as Etsy. I do not have my full inventory listed yet, but am slowly working on it! Go check it out and tell me your thoughts!

Macarons and new equipment

I wanted to make macarons over the holiday but didn't have the time. I made my first attempt the other day. I think they came out pretty well for my first time. I need to work on my piping and I think they also need to be fluffier, but they tasted yummy!

I also got a vacuum sealer today. I am going to work on getting my candy in some local shops. Hopefully I can get the bags small enough. I want to make sure the candy is fresh for a long time. That also means new labels too. Woot woot!

I know it's been awhile since my last post. You all know how the holidays can be super hectic!

I wasn't just slacking, I was busy working the business as well. I managed to get in 2 holiday bazaars. I really enjoyed doing them and hopefully will be doing some spring/summer festivals.

I am also working on new packaging to ensure my candy stays fresher longer. I am looking at getting some type of vacuum sealer. Once I have that down, there are a few local businesses I plan on hitting up to sell my candy. I am really excited to move forward with this idea. It will also allow me to expand what types of candy I sell. If I get local business I can start incorporating more chocolates. I am hesitant of shipping chocolates now due to the melting factor. Most people don't like to receive melted chocolates. :)

If any of you out there has thoughts on a food saver/vacuum sealer please give me your opinion. I would love to know what you all think. :)
