I have always enjoyed hummus. I only recently found out how easy it is to make. I found an awesome recipe from Nigella. It uses peanut butter instead of tahini. Which I can find way more readily and I always have it on hand.
The other good thing about it is, my son LOVE hummus and veggies or corn chips. I love that can give him a healthy snack that is easy to make.
You can do SO much with hummus. There are so many varieties. It's just a great food! :)
